This document governs the use of cryogenic treatment services for high-carbon steel alloys. By engaging our services, you accept these terms in full.
CrappyColdEmails performs sub-zero thermal processing of high-carbon steel alloys to optimize martensitic conversion. The process is applied to kinetic herramental components as specified in the service agreement. No other materials or treatments are covered unless explicitly stated in writing.
The client must provide accurate material composition data, component dimensions, and intended use parameters. Failure to disclose relevant information may result in suboptimal treatment outcomes and voids any performance guarantees. The client is responsible for preparing components per the pre-treatment checklist provided at booking.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the treatment service. We are not liable for indirect damages including but not limited to production downtime, loss of use, or failure of components in applications exceeding the specified Rockwell hardness range. Components treated are tested for hardness uniformity; however, dimensional changes of up to 0.02% may occur and are not considered defects.
We guarantee that the cryogenic cycle will be executed according to the agreed temperature profile and duration. If the treatment deviates from the specified parameters due to equipment failure, we will re-treat the components at no additional cost. This guarantee does not cover wear or damage occurring after treatment during client handling or use.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 14 days written notice. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled treatment start date incur a fee of 25% of the service value. In case of material non-compliance by either party, the agreement may be terminated immediately with written notice.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
